0-to-1 Market EntryRelocated to Berlin and built a German investing business from scratch — no team, no audience, no local playbook. Figured out what German retail investors actually wanted (different from what US intuition suggested), built the product and the business around that, and grew it to profitability. Exited to a German buyout group.
Scaled The Ascent: $75M to $100M+
Revenue OperationsWalked into The Motley Fool's affiliate platform at $75M in revenue and built the operational infrastructure to push it past $100M. Diagnosed the systemic bottlenecks that were capping growth, built cross-functional frameworks to fix them, and ran the P&L to 34% YoY growth — 18% over budget.
Built an AI Content Operation from Zero
0-to-1 BuildBuilt an AI content operation from the ground up — the system, the team, the process, and the output. Went from zero to 4,000+ published articles in 12 months while maintaining quality that held up to editorial and legal scrutiny at a regulated financial publisher. ~$1M in savings against traditional production costs.
Built the Compliance Layer That Made AI Scale Possible
