On AI
The most impressive AI capabilities are worthless if they don't solve actual problems. I'm passionate about cutting through the hype to build AI solutions that deliver tangible value, whether that's saving time, reducing costs, or enabling new capabilities.
On Content
Quality content isn't just about words on a page—it's about delivering the right information to the right people at the right time. AI is transforming content creation, but human expertise remains essential for strategy and oversight.
On Leadership
Great teams need both direction and autonomy. I believe in setting clear goals, providing the right tools and systems, and then giving talented people the space to excel. This approach has served me well whether leading teams in the same office or across continents.
Current Status
I'm open to both full-time leadership roles and consulting engagements focused on AI product development and implementation.
